At Calqexor S.A.S. ("Calqexor", "we", "us") we protect the personal data of users of calqexor.com in accordance with Argentine Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data and the regulations issued by the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP).
1. Data controller
The data controller is Calqexor S.A.S., CUIT 30-71789456-3, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1234, 8th Floor, Office B, C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. Contact email: privacy@calqexor.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide when filling in our subscription form: name and email. We also gather technical browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purpose
We process your data to: (i) send you information about real estate crowdlending projects; (ii) reply to enquiries; (iii) comply with legal and tax obligations under AFIP General Resolutions; (iv) analyse use of the site to improve our services.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your informed consent (Art. 5 of Law 25,326), on the fulfilment of legal obligations and on Calqexor's legitimate interest.
5. Retention
We retain your data while your subscription remains active and, afterwards, during the legal limitation periods applicable to financial activity (up to 10 years).
6. Rights of the data subject
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, update and deletion by writing to privacy@calqexor.com. The AAIP, with offices at Av. Pte. Gral. Julio A. Roca 710, Buenos Aires, is the supervisory authority in Argentina.
7. International transfers
Calqexor may use cloud service providers with servers outside Argentina, ensuring an adequate level of protection in accordance with AAIP Disposition 60/2016.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: TLS 1.3 encryption, access controls, audit logs and periodic vulnerability reviews.
